The Ugly Truth about Saddle Fitting – Rider & Horse
– We are excited to launch our easy to follow & fill in workbook, which all participants will take home with their and their horses measurements.
– Saddle Fit for the Rider – Your Pelvis Profile & Femur length are the most important pieces to consider and our new workbook puts the rider & saddle fit pieces together piece by piece.
– Saddle Fit for the Horse – The rocker/shape/bar angle/gullet of the tree can’t be chosen until you know what changes (if anything) between your horses resting posture & athletic posture in the wither & back and what their current posture situation is.
– Is your saddle pad messing with a good fit?  How to see if your saddle is good, but your pad isn’t
– Shimming & Leveling – how to use shims and levelers to work around movement profiles, atrophy & stages of growth.
– We teach you how to assess you & your horse’s basic build vs posture and give you tools to move back towards peak posture if anything is out of alignment.

– How to know if your horse needs a Tie Down, Bonnet, Combo and how it implement those tools
